Hi, I’m Malika! I’m a wife, mom of four, full-time employee, and entrepreneur who struggled for years with yo-yo dieting. I wanted a routine that would finally help me build my dream body (aka defined abs, a fit butt, sculpted legs, and arms) without spending endless hours in the kitchen or gym.
I’m still on that journey myself; learning, experimenting, and refining what works. Along the way, I’ve discovered how powerful a plant-based weight loss lifestyle can be for busy women.
