A busy mom, wife, blogger, and forever student of the plant-based lifestyle.

I'm not here to push protein. I'm here to help you reset your plant-based body, gently, honestly, and naturally.

I created this blog because the advice I found online didn't work for me. I wanted to eat in a way that made me glow, help me have a fit, lean body... not feel heavy, bloated or burned out.

So I did my own experiments. I simplified, I learned.

And now, I'm sharing what works, so you don't waste years figuring it out alone.

I have a dream...

I have always dreamed of having a healthy, toned body but I thought that eating vegan only would be enough... it wasn't. For years I kept slipping in and out of routines, diets, yoyoing with my weight, being stress, chaos...
I felt like I was juggling everything: motherhood, work, friends, family, goals… and somehow trying to build that body in the middle of it all.

I would try programs, apps, challenges, and always come back to the same truth:
I needed a way to eat and move that actually fit my life as a busy woman and mom.
Not perfection. Not extremes.
Just simple, doable steps that build a body I love and a life I feel good in.
That’s when this blog was born.
It’s my space to share everything I’m learning along the journey: the recipes, the mindset shifts, the routines, the failures, the wins: all of it!

My Real-Life Story

I was born in Ivory Coast and grew up between Niger, Ivory Coast, and Senegal. Later, I lived in France and Montreal, and now I’m building a life in the United States with my husband Justin and our four kids.

I’m a property accountant by profession, an entrepreneur and foodie at heart, and a woman who believes deeply in self-improvement, transformation, and family.

My love for cooking started early, and I even earned a degree in French bakery while working in accounting. Over the past years, my focus shifted toward plant-based eating, healthy living, and building a body that makes me feel alive and proud.

And yes, I’m doing all of this while working full-time, being a super wife, an awesome mom, and building this blog.
If I can do this, I know you can too.
