I build AI apps on my own, and I write about the part almost nobody covers: how to get them real users.

There are dozens of channels explaining how to build an app with AI. The problem is that the story stops the moment the app is finished — right before the hard part. Building takes a few days. Getting users takes months, and that is where most projects die.

So I write both halves. The tools I actually use, what they really cost, what they cannot do, and the distribution system I built behind them — with the numbers, including the bad ones.
