– Energy levels severely depleted, requiring 8-9 hours of sleep yet still feeling fatigued

– Standard vegan diet including processed foods: bread with plant butter, Beyond Meat products, pasta
– Snacking on tortilla chips
– Observing Ramadan dry fast during daylight hours
